The Alchemy of the Heart

As a small group, we will enquire into the deeper aspects of our lives, sharing our stories and finding new perspectives, releasing old blocks, learning to live with open hearts and finding support, kindness, love, laughter and safety between each other. There will be meditations, assignments and enquiry processes. Most of all there will be the deep willingness to be all that we can be and the support from the group to be that.
